You thrive on helping people navigate our industry's standards and requirements, matching our products with their property needs. You'll be confident in resolving queries and concerns, pricing recent work and explaining our full range of services. You'll work closely with our service team to ensure that new clients are accurately added to our automated systems.

Key responsibilities

- Building and maintaining relationships with our current and new clients, making AESG their go-to provider

- Interpreting clients' requirements and preparing quotes for services

- Responding to client emails and calls

- Promoting our expertise in ESM auditing and a range of other services

- Explaining our services, and the broader industry, to our clients' employees and property managers so they are equipped to manage their portfolios





About you

- Excellent time management

- High attention to quality and accuracy

- Ability to guide clients to build their understanding of fire safety requirements

- Essential safety measures knowledge is an advantage, but we'll provide training for you to succeed
