About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Gaming Attendant to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our venue, helping to create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for our members and guests.

Whether you're assisting customers, supporting responsible gaming practices, or ensuring our gaming floor operates smoothly, you'll play an important part in the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing outstanding customer service to members and guests.
- Assisting with gaming-related enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Promoting and maintaining responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible conduct of gambling (RCG) standards.
- Processing cash handling and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring the gaming area remains clean, protected, and well-presented.




- Working collaboratively with the broader team to deliver an exceptional venue experience.

About you

- Current RSA and RCG competency cards (essential).
- Holding an ARCG is highly regarded
- Previous experience in gaming, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
- Flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
