We're Raine & Horne Central Coast, with offices in Gosford and East Gosford.
We've been doing this for more than 30 years. Long enough to know our stuff and have a few headshots we'd prefer stayed in the drawer.
You spend a lot of your week at work, so good company helps. We take our work seriously, ourselves slightly less so. We share what we know and make time to help each other.
Why?
We've welcomed more properties and asking everyone to grow an extra pair of hands felt unreasonable.
So we're adding someone to work alongside Mel and Summer. They'll have more support, you'll have experienced people to learn from and a team that's very pleased you're here.
What?
A mix of office time, getting out and meeting people. You'll help with inspections, open homes, coordinate maintenance and chat with tenants.
You'll work alongside experienced property managers who'll teach you properly,
help when you get stuck and give you more responsibility as you learn. Nobody starts out knowing how to handle a leaking ceiling and six missed calls.
Our PM team says the most surprising part is how rewarding the work can be. Getting someone's hot water back on might not make glamorous television, but it does make you very popular.

You might already be in real estate or ready to bring your people skills from retail, hospitality or admin into something new.
You're organised, curious and valuable with people. You notice what needs doing and follow through. You'd like to learn something, go somewhere with it and enjoy the people beside you.
