KIVAS is seeking an organised and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Fertiliser Sales team. Reporting to the General Manager (Sales), you will provide practical day-to-day support across sales administration, customer orders, quotations, systems and logistics. This is an opportunity to play an important role in a rapid-paced agricultural business where accuracy, initiative and strong relationships matter.

What you’ll do

Help keep our sales team focused on customers by making sure the administration, systems and coordination behind the scenes run smoothly.

- Provide day-to-day administration support to the Fertiliser Sales team.
- Prepare customer quotations and assist with processing sales orders.
- Set up and maintain customer accounts, products and pricing in business systems.
- Liaise with customers, growers, service providers and the distribution network.
- Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, including freight and logistics requirements.
- Support the sales team with CRM administration and sales forecasting.
- Help deliver KIVAS’s Outstanding Service Promise.
- Work safely and conduct business professionally, ethically and in line with KIVAS and Mort & Co values.

About you

You are a dependable and detail-focused coordinator who can balance competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.

You communicate confidently, build effective working relationships and use initiative to keep work moving.

- A diploma-level qualification,



together with experience in agricultural sales and an understanding of fertiliser production.
- Intermediate capability with Microsoft Office and confidence navigating business databases and CRM systems.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
- The ability to work independently and remain level-headed in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgement, analytical thinking and a practical approach to decision-making.
- A strong work ethic, team focus and willingness to take ownership.
- A current C class driver’s licence.
