Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Melbourne-based builder specialising in the luxury residential sector.

Our client has been successfully in operation for over a decade, building an excellent reputation for the level of quality they deliver in each project. Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning one-of-a-kind homes where every detail matters. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they’re looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of high-end residential projects (valued up to $40m), ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants,



and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout each project.
- Develop and manage project budgets to maximise value without compromising quality.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively.
- Lead, support, and mentor Site Managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing high-end residential projects valued above $10m.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work workplace.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Building & Construction Qualification, Diploma or similar is preferred.
