About the role

This is a brand-new position created for the right person. If you love variety, enjoy solving problems, and are always the first to put your hand up, you'll be in your element here. No two weeks will be the same.

Key responsibilities

- Answer phones, cover reception and prepare client documents for e-signing when team members are on leave or away

- Be the team's first point of contact for tech issues, working with external IT provider and keeping systems and file storage organised

- Support marketing team with website and social media redesign

- Help record podcast, respond to comments and enquiries on LinkedIn and Instagram, and follow up new leads

- Help build internal tools using AI to make the team more efficient

- Assist Executive Manager with operational tasks, subscriptions, office inbox and occasional post or errand run

About you

- Confident and friendly on the phone

- Comfortable with technology and enjoys troubleshooting

- Organised, detail-focused and trustworthy with confidential information

- Shows initiative and doesn't wait to be asked





- Curious and keen to learn new skills

- Hold a current driver's licence

- Experience in admin or reception, social media, content creation, podcasting or AI tools would be a big plus, but isn't essential
