Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and Process Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to product information, order inquiries, pricing, and delivery questions with accuracy and professionalism.

- Compose Correspondence: Provide clear, timely,



and precise responses to all customer communications.

- Overseeing Managing Customer Orders: to ensure prompt and effective handling of requests.

- Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the timely delivery of products and services.

- Process Orders: Manage order processing and work with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery. Review and enter all customer orders into the system.

- Facilitate Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers and the Internal Logistics Department to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.

- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Adapt to Change: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing needs and priorities.

To be considered for this role:

- Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- English language skills, bilingual or native speaker level of proficiency well regarded.

- Information technology competency including Excel and word.

- High attention to detail

- Ability to work well with a team
