We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our Wind Farm Construction and Service operations. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely on the East Coast of Australia.

You'll take ownership of recruiting high-volume blue-collar workforces to support our wind farm construction and service contracts across Australia.

Working closely with operational leaders, project managers, and supervisors, you'll identify workforce requirements, build talent pipelines, source and engage skilled candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial attraction through to onboarding and mobilisation.

From Wind Turbine Technicians and Electricians to Trades Assistants, HSE personnel, Supervisors, and other site-based roles, you'll play a key part in ensuring our projects are staffed with the right people at the right time. We're looking for someone who brings a consultative approach, enjoys influencing outcomes, and can establish trusted relationships quickly. About You

You're a recruitment professional who can confidently manage competing priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships,



and deliver recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and business functions.
- The ability to partner effectively with hiring leaders and provide trusted recruitment advice.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, projects, and deadlines.
- Proven capability in sourcing, talent mapping, and proactive candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Experience recruiting for construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, wind farm projects, trades, technical, or field-based workforces will be highly regarded.
- Resilience, adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine passion for connecting outstanding people with meaningful careers.
