AI, Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist

About us

We are a diverse group of businesses, including One Point Wealth Partners and All Trades Hub, spanning property development, property sales and trade services such as plumbing, electrical, gardening and property maintenance.

As we expand our products and services, we’re looking for an AI and digital marketing specialist to help drive growth, strengthen our marketing and automate our operations.

Based in our Carnegie, Melbourne office, you’ll work directly with the business owners to bring new ideas to life and deliver measurable results across the group.

Key responsibilities

- Create and manage daily social media advertising across our property, finance and trade businesses.

- Edit, upload and manage weekly YouTube videos.

- Produce property brochures, sales presentations, listing content and promotional videos.

- Manage paid advertising campaigns, budgets, conversion tracking and performance reporting.

- Build an automated CRM system to capture, qualify, allocate and track leads through to appointments and sales.

- Automate follow-ups, quote reminders, appointment bookings and customer communications.

- Implement AI outbound calling, including qualification, bookings and CRM updates, with appropriate compliance, monitoring and escalation.

- Connect business systems, maintain automations.

Expectations





- Take projects from initial planning through to implementation and ongoing improvement.

- Deliver accurate, professional content on schedule.

- Provide clear weekly reporting on qualified leads, appointments, conversions and advertising costs.

- Demonstrate measurable improvements in response times, administration and lead follow-up.

- Test systems thoroughly, resolve issues promptly and maintain clear documentation.

- Protect customer information and maintain appropriate access controls.

- Work independently while communicating clearly with management and staff.

Must-have skills and experience

- Demonstrated experience implementing AI and automation in a business environment.

- Proven paid social advertising experience, particularly Meta Ads Manager.

- Strong video editing, copywriting and marketing design skills.

- Experience building CRM pipelines and automated lead management systems.

- Practical skills with APIs and webhooks, Manus and Claude.

- Experience deploying AI voice agents and integrating them with CRM and booking systems.

- Strong conversion tracking, reporting and troubleshooting skills.

- A portfolio showing work personally delivered and measurable results.

- Availability to work full-time from our Carnegie office.
