About Our Client

The Opportunity
This role is responsible for providing administration support across office operations, supplier coordination, corporate communications, events and general business functions. Key responsibilities include:

- Manage Shared Corporate Email Inboxes & Distribute Enquiries
- Support Preparation of Reports,



Presentations & Other Documents
- Assist with Supplier Onboarding Documentation
- Coordinate Office Maintenance Requests & Repairs
- Assist with Coordination of Corporate Events & Team Activities

Who We’re Looking For
To be considered for this exciting opportunity it is essential that you possess the following:

- Experience in Administration, or Business Support Role
- Solid Organisational & Time Management Skills
- Ability to Manage Competing Priorities & Meet Deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience in Property, or Construction is Desirable
