As an Intake & Engagement Officer – Plan Management, you will play a key role in delivering a positive experience for NDIS participants by providing high-quality intake, customer service and ongoing plan management support. You will manage invoicing, data entry and payment enquiries, troubleshoot plan and payment issues, and ensure accurate records and compliant processing of claims in line with NDIS requirements. You will also build strong relationships with participants, providers and local community networks to support the growth of are-able Plan Management.



Working collaboratively with the Plan Management team, you will contribute to efficient service delivery, continuous improvement and inclusive, person-centred support that reflects are-able’s purpose of creating opportunities for inclusiveness in communities.

Working within our Colac or Wendouree sites, the ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage positively with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities. You will bring experience in administration, invoicing, data entry and client management systems, along with solid attention to detail, computer literacy and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in a sales, service or finance administration environment, together with the ability to build community networks and identify opportunities for growth, will be highly regarded. You will be proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable, with a commitment to inclusive, person-centered service delivery and the ability to work collaboratively in a changing NDIS environment.
