As the Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Specialist, you’ll strengthen performance visibility across Technology by developing measurement frameworks, reporting insights and leading improvement initiatives. You’ll help leaders and teams make informed decisions, improve service quality and deliver greater value.
About the role
You’ll work with Technology leaders and teams to measure performance, identify trends and turn data into practical recommendations. You’ll also lead improvement activities that strengthen efficiency, accountability and service outcomes.
- Develop performance frameworks, scorecards, dashboards and reporting models.
- Define and govern meaningful performance indicators and service metrics.
- Analyse performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead improvement workshops, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track improvement actions, realised benefits and performance outcomes.
- Provide clear insights to support planning, prioritisation and decision-making.
About you
You’re an analytical and improvement-focused professional who can turn complex information into clear, actionable insights. You build strong relationships, communicate performance information confidently and influence outcomes through evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience developing performance measurement and reporting frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and performance-management practices.
- Experience creating dashboards, scorecards and management reports.
- Strong data analysis, root-cause analysis and problem-solving capability.
- Experience facilitating workshops and delivering improvement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Technology, Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement will be highly regarded.
