About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Certificate III Qualified Educator to join our Preschool Room (3–5 years) on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis. We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and dedicated educator who understands the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. Key responsibilities

- Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children.

- Support the implementation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Assist with observations, documentation, and assessment of children's learning and development.

- Build positive, respectful, and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Actively supervise children and maintain awareness of their safety, wellbeing, and individual needs.

- Follow all child protection procedures, safeguarding practices, and mandatory reporting obligations.

- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold the centre's Child Safe Code of Conduct.

- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through meaningful interactions and play-based learning.

- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), relevant regulations, and centre policies.

- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders, Early Childhood Teachers, and fellow educators to support high-quality educational outcomes.

About you

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121 or an approved and recognised equivalent).

- Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care environment.





- A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).

- A current Child Protection qualification (CHCPRT025 or an accepted equivalent), or willingness to obtain.

- Current first aid qualification approved for early childhood settings: HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an education and care setting, or willingness to obtain.

- NSW Police Check or willingness to obtain.

- Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Regulations.

- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

- A positive attitude, professional work ethic, and willingness to learn.

- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, safety, and wellbeing.
