About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established customer base while identifying new business opportunities across Perth. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, building strong commercial relationships and contributing to the success of a close-knit sales team.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and product ranging.

- Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities across retail and food service channels.

- Build strong relationships with customers through regular store visits, meetings and consistent follow-up.

- Identify opportunities to grow product distribution, improve ranging and drive sales performance.

- Work closely with the Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and opportunities within the FMCG industry.

- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and pipeline information.

- Represent Harvestime professionally and uphold the company's values in all customer interactions.

About you

- Previous experience in retail, with a good understanding of store operations and customer needs.

- FMCG sales or account management experience highly regarded but not essential.





- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities.

- Honesty, reliability and transparency in your day-to-day work.

- A willingness to learn, accept feedback and develop your sales skills.

- Good organisation, time management and follow-through.

- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

- A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites throughout Perth.
