About the Role

Eagle Vision Financial is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Casual Customer Service Manager to join the team and support an established mortgage broker.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, casual work who enjoys helping people, building relationships and learning new skills. You’ll work alongside an experienced CSM who will provide hands-on training, including learning the CRM and understanding the mortgage broking process.

As the business grows and a new broker comes on board, there may be opportunities for the role to develop and grow over time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Making outbound calls to customers and following up on outstanding information

- Providing friendly, helpful customer service throughout the lending process

- Assisting with customer enquiries and keeping clients updated on their applications

- Learning to use MyCRM to manage customer information and track deal progress

- Supporting the existing CSM with general administrative tasks

- Helping ensure customers receive a smooth and positive experience from application through to settlement

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, personable and enjoys speaking with people over the phone. You don’t necessarily need extensive experience, as training and support will be provided.





You might be a parent looking for work that fits around school drop-off and pick-up, a university student wanting to gain valuable experience, or someone looking for a flexible entry point into the mortgage broking industry.

Ideally, you will have:

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- A friendly, confident and professional phone manner

- Good attention to detail and organisational skills

- A willingness to learn new systems and processes

- The ability to work independently while being part of a team

Experience with MyCRM, mortgage broking or financial services will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
