We are a growing, up-to-date specialist orthodontic practice looking for two experienced, motivated and enthusiastic team members to join our friendly team.

Working alongside two Specialist Orthodontists, you'll be part of a busy, fast-paced environment where efficiency, multitasking and excellent patient care are essential.

1️⃣ Experienced Oral Health Therapist (OHT)

? Tuesdays | 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a confident and experienced OHT who can work efficiently alongside our Orthodontists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Routine orthodontic adjustments in face paced clinic

- Clear aligner starts

- Indirect bonding (braces starts)

- Debonding of fixed appliances

- Orthodontic emergency appointments

- Removable appliance adjustments

- Clinical records and post-operative instructions

Requirements:

- AHPRA registration and appropriate orthodontic scope of practice

- Previous orthodontic experience highly desirable

- Excellent multitasking, efficiency and clinical skills

- Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are a bonus

2️⃣ Experienced Orthodontic All-Rounder (DA / Reception / Digital Workflows)

? Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | Flexible arrangements

We are looking for a highly organised,



technologically confident all-rounder who enjoys a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- High-quality orthodontic records (photos, 3D scans, CBCT/OPG/Lat Ceph preparation)

- In-house retainer fabrication

- 3D printing and digital workflows

- Chairside assisting and clinical support

- Light reception and administrative duties

- Maintaining efficient clinical operations

Requirements:

- Previous orthodontic experience preferred

- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Strong computer and technical skills

- Fluent English essential; conversational Mandarin/Cantonese highly desirable
