The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading FMCG organisation on an initial 6+ month contract. This is a commercially focused role supporting the Sales function, where you will provide financial insights, challenge performance, and help drive strategic decision-making across a dynamic and fast-paced business.

Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to sales and commercial stakeholders, delivering analysis, forecasting, and actionable insights to improve business performance. Working across multiple functions, you will play a key role in budgeting, planning, reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales and key stakeholders to drive commercial performance
- Lead forecasting and budgeting activities for your portfolio
- Deliver monthly reporting, analysis, and variance commentary
- Analyse customer, channel, product, and margin performance
- Support commercial decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to improve profitability
- Drive continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes
- Support ad hoc projects and commercial initiatives as required

The Candidate
To be successful,



you will bring strong commercial finance capability combined with the ability to influence and build relationships across a broad stakeholder group.

Ideally, you will possess:

- CA/CPA qualification
- Previous experience in Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A; roles
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
- Experience influencing non-finance stakeholders
- Robust Excel and ERP systems experience
- FMCG, manufacturing, consumer products, or similarly fast-paced industry experience will be highly regarded
- The ability to hit the ground running in a contract environment
