Role Description The Sales Attendant is a full-time, in office role based in Sydney, NSW. In this position, the Sales Attendant greets customers, provides product information, and helps them select fragrances that match their preferences and needs. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating products, processing sales transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

The role also involves restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting promotional activities and in-store campaigns.

Attendant works closely with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience and contributes to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
Point-of-sale, cash handling, and basic numeracy skills for accurate transaction processing and daily reconciliation.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, friendly manner and the ability to explain product features clearly.
Store presentation and organizational skills, including merchandising, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work in office full time in Sydney, NSW, including weekends or extended hours as required.
Reliability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Interest in fragrances, beauty, or personal care products; prior experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
