Join a market leading seismic engineering business as their next Sales Representative

Your new company
Our client is a specialist seismic engineering company that designs, supplies and certifies seismic bracing and support systems for building services across Australia. Their solutions keep electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems secure during seismic events. With decades of industry experience, a solid reputation among Australia's top contractors, and a growing pipeline driven by increasing focus on seismic compliance, they're a market leader in a specialised and expanding niche.
Your current role
Proactively communicate with prospects and existing contacts
Book project discovery meetings, Lunch & Learns, and key account touchpoints
Take ownership of smaller, lower complexity opportunities from qualification through to close
Manage the full sales cycle for these deals without handing off to the BDM
Ensure clean CRM records and accurate forecasting throughout
CRM management and pipeline hygiene




Working closely with the business development manager
Liaise with the design and estimating team to keep quotes and opportunities moving

What you'll need to succeed
Comfortable working in a technical B2B environment (construction industry experience a plus, not essential)
Comfortable working to daily, weekly and monthly activity KPIs
Highly organised and proactive
Confident in selling themselves as a person, particularly with the EQ to read and handle different personalities
