You will lead a Sydney-based team of HR Generalists and Coordinators, own the employee lifecycle, and drive mobility and immigration across the region while collaborating globally.

This is a broad, hands-on leadership role in a high‑performing trading firm. You will shape the mobility program, manage external relationships, and ensure smooth HR
