About the role

Reporting to the Line Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration duties of the Wondai Depot.

20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, adaptable start time between 8 am and 11 am.

Tasks And Responsibilities
General administration
Depot office and forecourt maintenance/cleaning
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Assisting the Depot Supervisor and the Driver with the day-to-day operations of the Depot.
Flexibility to cover ad hoc full days as required

Your skills and experience include:
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Initiative and problem solving skills
Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
Robust focus on compliance processes and safety
Good communication skills both verbal and written




Customer service focused and the ability to work well within a team
Previous administration experience
