What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming patients in person and over the phone
Booking appointments and managing patient enquiries
Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
Processing Medicare claims, billing and payments
Assisting clinical staff with general administrative tasks
Keeping reception and waiting areas organised and welcoming

About You
Friendly, approachable and organised




Comfortable working in a busy team environment
Good communication and basic computer skills
Reliable, flexible and willing to learn
Previous medical reception experience is preferred but not essential
