Hi, I’m having an issue with the drainage system at my house.
Whenever we take a shower or use a lot of water, the toilet starts making a gurgling noise. A few months ago, I used a drain auger to transparent the outdoor inspection opening, which seemed to fix the problem temporarily. However, the same issue has now returned.
The water level in the outdoor drain inspection opening is currently quite high and doesn’t seem to drain away properly. It’s not completely blocked, but one of our toilets is now draining very slowly.
Could you please inspect the drainage system and check for a possible partial blockage in the main sewer drain? Please let me know your availability and an estimated cost.
