What you'll be doing

You'll deliver engaging, practical training and assessment that helps students build confidence, develop industry-relevant skills and understand the prospects available in Health and Community Services.

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging, inclusive and practical training and assessment at partner schools and the CnG Health Hub.
Creating a positive, culturally secure and supportive learning setting.
Assessing student skills and knowledge, providing constructive feedback and supporting student progress.
Supporting Certificate III students and trainees, including workplace visits and practical competency requirements.
Completing marking, student records and assessment administration.
Participating in career expos, school holiday programs and other student engagement activities as required.
Maintaining current industry knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement of training resources and delivery.
