Willow Café on Balmoral's Brisbane area is seeking an experienced casual barista to join a quick-paced, community-minded team. You’ll confidently handle the machine and deliver consistent quality, with shifts open for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred.

Hours range 20–30 per week, with potential weekend work. We value a bubbly personality, solid latte art, and the ability to connect with customers while staying calm under pressure.
