Castle Towers in Sydney CBD is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. Based in our head office, you will support the customer service team with various tasks to drive efficiencies and deliver excellent service.

You will process requests, assist with cargo bookings, documentation, invoices and claims while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A proactive communicator who thrives in a busy team will excel in this role.
