You will own the strategy and design of next-generation loyalty and subscription offerings across the group, partnering with executive leadership to translate insights into high-impact propositions.

You will lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Tech, UX, Marketing, Finance and Data Science, supported by deep customer data and analytics.
