ServiceNow Lead | NV1 Clearance | Sydney or Canberra

Are you a senior ServiceNow professional who enjoys getting hands-on with complex technical challenges while also leading and mentoring others? PRA is partnering with a leading consulting organisation to find a ServiceNow Lead to join a high-profile government program. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale ServiceNow initiatives, influence solution design, and help shape the direction of the platform.

Location: Sydney or Canberra

Security Clearance: NV1 required

What you'll be doing
Designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions
Working across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules
Building workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Developing integrations through REST and SOAP APIs
Driving CMDB governance and platform best practice
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers
Working closely with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges





What you'll bring
8+ years of ServiceNow development and platform experience
Solid knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API
Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Strong CMDB and integration experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications
Current NV1 clearance
