Ready to keep our stock moving? We're expanding across Sydney with recent showrooms in Alexandria, Parramatta, and Hornsby, representing four leading EV brands: Chery, GAC, Leapmotor, and Zeekr.

We're looking for a detail-focused Stock Controller to join our team. You'll play a key role in managing daily vehicle stock movements, registrations and associated documentation across our showrooms. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coordination, accurate record-keeping and close collaboration with Sales, Delivery and internal teams. Full training and support provided.

What you'll be doing
Oversee daily vehicle stock movements, including arrivals, transfers and allocations
Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and keep internal systems up to date
Coordinate vehicle registrations and associated documentation
Liaise with VicRoads and internal stakeholders on all registration matters
Prepare, review and lodge registration documents
Monitor registration progress and follow up on outstanding items
Work closely with Sales, Delivery and other teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready
Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, stock levels and registration details




Provide general administrative support across stock and registration functions

What we're looking for
Experience in an automotive dealership, vehicle registration or stock control environment highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills
Sound knowledge of vehicle registration processes advantageous
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
