Pasticceria Papa in Five Dock, NSW, is seeking a Bakery Assistant to join our bakery team. This role supports production of pastries, breads and baked goods in a busy hospitality setting.

We offer full-time or part time arrangements with prospects to learn in a traditional Italian bakery workplace. Key responsibilities include dough preparation, operating ovens and mixers, monitoring bake times, decorating products and maintaining hygiene.
