UniLodge is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our head office in Sydney CBD. The role offers variety, hands-on responsibilities, and a agile team workplace, with potential hybrid work after probation.

You will support the customer service team, handle enquiries related to resident residency and wellbeing, and perform administrative duties while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Solid communication and computer skills are essential.
