Winmalee Tavern in Current South Wales is seeking a skilled Chef to join our busy kitchen on a full time basis. You will prepare quality meals, assist with menu development and help ensure smooth lunch and dinner service.

The ideal candidate has AQF Diploma or higher in Commercial Cookery (or 3 years of relevant experience), solid knowledge of food safety, menu costing, stock control and staff supervision. You will contribute to menu development and uphold high standards of quality and customer
