Bring your kitchen skills to the beachfront! Kurrawa Surf Club is looking for a qualified, experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team.

The role
Prepare and present quality meals with consistent flavour, portions and presentation.
Work confidently across kitchen sections, including grill, larder, pans, fryers & pizza.
Keep service running smoothly through transparent communication with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Assist with stock control, rotation and minimising waste.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Handle dietary requirements and allergies with care.

What you’ll bring




Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent.
Proven experience in a busy commercial kitchen.
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Food Safety Supervisor certification.
A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
