TSHR, a quick-growing Australian fashion label based in Sydney, is seeking a Junior Designer to work closely with the Senior Designer. You’ll design into assigned categories while keeping the technical side running smoothly, within a small team of three.

You’ll mentor a Design Assistant, build CADs and flats, and develop tech packs, colour palettes and fabric selections in collaboration with Product Development to bring designs to life with factories. A solid portfolio is essential.
