Blue Mountain Hotel in Queensland’s Toowoomba region is seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume bistro and function operations. You will run from the pass, drive food quality, and work in close partnership with the Venue Manager.

This hands-on role requires trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications, a passion for outstanding pub classics, and the ability to mentor a robust kitchen brigade while maintaining smooth service across daily dining and events.
