Endeavour Foundation in Melbourne’s Oakleigh site is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide a diverse team, including disability-supported employees, toward safe, high-quality packaging of rice, spices and cereals. The role is full time, 12-month fixed term, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm, onsite with hands-on leadership and coaching.

Experience in a production packaging workplace and transparent communication are essential; forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
