The role focuses on maximizing fleet utilisation and high-yield vehicle management in WA, working with the management team to drive profitability and drive performance-based incentives.

You will coordinate movements, monitor processes to minimise damage, and mentor the WA fleet team while aligning with budgets and KPI targets.
