St Vincent’s Public Hospital is seeking a Transplant Care Coordinator (Clinical Nurse Specialist, Grade 2) for the Heart & Lung Clinic in Sydney. The role is a max-term, part time contract (8 hours per week until Sep 2027) with on-call requirements including weekends.
Registerable nurse with post-graduate experience in cardiothoracic care will coordinate inpatient/outpatient transplant pathways, educate patients and families, and lead clinical decisions with autonomy.
