BOQ Group is seeking a Lending Regional Director to lead a distributed team of Mobile Bankers across Queensland North and the Sunshine Coast. Reporting to the Head of Lending, you will translate strategy into actions to grow the portfolio, win recent business, retain customers and strengthen lender capability.

You will champion an inclusive, risk-aware culture, recruit and develop talent, and drive performance, change initiatives and operational standards across the region.
