The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) invites applications for an Aged Care Assessor delivering home-based face-to-face assessments to clients referred via My Aged Care Gateway, using the Integrated Assessment Tool. This role focuses on developing goals and linking clients to aged care and non-aged care services.

Travel may be required, a Class C driver’s licence is mandatory, and a vaccine preventable disease risk setting is noted.
