Big4Bank is seeking a Fraud and Scams Officer to join a high-volume call centre based in Parramatta. You will monitor real-time alerts, investigate suspicious activity, and take immediate preventative actions to minimise losses for customers and the bank.

The role requires at least one year in a busy contact centre and a customer-focused, proactive approach. You will work shifts as part of a rotating roster, with hybrid work options after training.
