The Role:

As a Mortgage Broker, you'll become a key player in the Residential Lending team,



managing a high-value book of clients, with 95% of leads provided by the business. This is a role designed for a relationship-driven skilled who thrives in a premium client environment.

All credit and administrative work are handled by a dedicated support team, allowing you to focus on building client relationships, driving growth, and delivering a white-glove service experience.

You will be responsible for:
Meeting with clients to assess their financial situation, credit profile, and lending needs
Advising clients on appropriate mortgage products and structuring complex deals
Working with the internal credit and admin team to ensure timely and accurate submission of applications
