Job Description

Reporting to the Marine Operations Manager, the Marine Training Manager is responsible for leading crew training, competency management, safety compliance and workforce development across SeaLink North Queensland marine operations.

About the Candidate

Move from vessel command into a senior shore-based leadership role, developing the next generation of Masters, Engineers and Deckhands across SeaLink North Queensland.
