Birzulis is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to help lead our teams and drive our projects from concept through completion.

Location: Newcastle

The Role
Design structural solutions for buildings and infrastructure (steel, concrete, timber) using structural engineering software.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex structural challenges
Champion new technologies, methods, and best practices within the team

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering plus CPEng status
7 + years’ experience in structural engineering




Solid proficiency in all structural engineering software
Solid understanding of structural design principles, codes, and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
