Catalpa International is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to shape the next growth chapter across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a remote, four-day-per-week role with a 24-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Catalpa Director.

You will identify prospects, build relationships with clients and partners, and lead priority proposals from early positioning to submission, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
