Green by Nature is seeking a Payroll Transformation Lead to drive the payroll roadmap across Australia and Recent Zealand from our Mascot-based hub. You will guide a team of six Payroll Team Leaders and Payroll Officers, focusing on governance, compliance and service delivery rather than hands-on processing.

You will partner with Finance and HR to move to a consistent payroll operating model, align HRIS needs, and ensure accurate reporting of payroll tax, leave liabilities and related metrics.
