UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator (Disability Services, NDIS) on a casual basis in Ipswich. You will work with clients and families to support daily living, personal care, and autonomy, while promoting dignity and choice.

Ideally you have disability sector experience, can communicate in English, and hold a CPR/First Aid certificate; regular sleepover shifts and weekends are required. This role supports our not-for-profit mission and salary packaging options.
