Appoint is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a three-month contract based in Ormeau, Queensland. This hands-on role supports leaders and employees across the organisation.

You will advise on employee relations, performance management, HR processes and policies, and handle ER/IR matters including award interpretation. Return to Work and Workers' Compensation will also form part of your remit, with liaison to payroll and external providers.
