Middy’s in Melbourne is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead the VIC4 region across our branches in Melbourne's northern and western growth corridors. You will report to the COO, oversee Branch Managers, and drive sales growth, profitability and customer engagement while shaping leadership capability.

You will balance commercial outcomes with people development, coach leaders, and ensure safety, inventory management and service standards across a large regional network.
