About the role:
Meet and greet visitors, clients and staff - make everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Answer and direct calls, manage general inbox enquiries, and assist with day-to-day admin.
Manage meeting rooms (bookings, basic set up / reset,



ensuring rooms are presentable and ready to go).
Support office events and team days - including event set up and pack down.
Organise catering and refreshments for meetings and events.
Keep front-of-house and communal areas tidy and skilled.
Monitor office supplies and stationery stock levels, place orders as needed and liaise with suppliers.

About you:
Friendly, professional and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
Reliable, organised and comfortable in a front-facing role.
Solid computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Full working rights required for these roles.
Experienced in corporate environments and going above and beyond for your clients.
A proven track record in providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to multitask and work with competing priorities.
